新西兰无犯罪记录申请及海牙认证Apostille

新西兰籍或在新西兰居住6个月以上，之后在办理：

留学、移民、工签、永居、政审等事项时，需要提供在新西兰的无犯罪记录证明，如果拿到中国等海牙成员国使用，则还需办理apostille海牙认证，也称附加证明书。

申请新西兰无犯罪记录需要提供：

一、有效证件Valid Identification，可以是：

新西兰驾照A New Zealand Driver’s Licence, clearly signed. This can be current or expired within the last 2 years. 

新西兰护照A New Zealand passport, clearly signed. This can be current or expired within the last 2 years. You can’t use a cancelled passport.

海外护照An overseas Passport, clearly signed and current.

新西兰持qiang证A current New Zealand Firearm Licence.

二、签署的授权书Signed and dated

申请时间在20个工作日以内，但是90%在1周左右。

申请到后可以送新西兰内政部办理海牙认证手续。
